Films you SHOULD see!!

Here is a list of the films I think you have to see, even if it is just so that you know what everyones talking about.

I'm sure there is more but I can't think of any more meaning these are my top choices cause they stick in my head, plus it'd get very dull if I had a very very long list.

YOU like 300? I mean, it's great, but I never imagined you would like it-

Oh, wait. 300 men in loincloths, of course.

I agree with every one of your choices except:

The Harry Potter series: although I liked the books, I feel the films haven't yet been able to get the right combination of storyline and style. Better in recent years, but the first two are really soulless.

Clue: The Movie - Haven't seen it, or heard of it, but can a movie based on a board game really be that great?

and... Next. I honestly haven't watched it, but it looks like pretty rubbish action fare. And I don't care that I'm judging a book by it's cover.

ESPECIALLY agree with you about 'Hero', 'House of Flying Daggers', and 'Pan's Labyrinth'. I just got 'The Orphanage' which is apparently nearly as good as Pan's Labyrinth, can't wait to watch it!

huh! I am insulted that you think I would be so shallow with 300. It's an amazing action film with great one liners, to be honest I didn't really pay too much attention to the loincloths.

I do agree with you about harry potter I really love the films but you can't beat the books really.

Clue's great it stars Tim Currie, Christopher Lloyd and Martin Mull, I would urge you to see it and give it a chance.

Next does actually have quite a good storyline and there are some really great parts!! You don't have to see it but I would still ask you to give it a chance cause you are a film student and should be open to giving all films a chance!! Shame on you!! hehe
